Hand to hand combat is pretty much useless against zombies. Most forms of unarmed combat have to do with causing pain or disabling them somehow. Zombies don't feel pain and they get right back up when you knock them down. Plus, it's pretty easy to bite a zombie when they've got you within reach.

2/5, several misinformed and opinion-oriented questions make this quiz mostly bullshit.

I thoroughly enjoyed the game, and at no point did I think it was impossible, even in hard mode. The boss stage was a little difficult to understand at first, but it's all doable. Great job!
